You are so lucky (about the eggs not all the work :) ). A co worker of my husband's brings eggs from their chickens and I can't believe the difference. I keep telling him I'd pay for those eggs.
I love having hens and the opportunity to share their labours with other people. I just swapped a dozen hen eggs for several geese eggs! Those are like three chicken eggs in one, and they make the most perfectly puffy pancakes I've ever seen!
