Can you tell that it is Spring?
We've been getting about four eggs a day, and due to my responsibilities at work and as a graduate student, I've been so busy that I haven't had time to garden, blog, or even cook!
The egg bowl is reaching to the sky!
I think I'll have to whip up a nice asparagus frittata sooner than later!
