A friend traded me a few hen's eggs for two beautiful goose eggs.
I decided they would be best used in a recipe for Asparagus Carbonara which called for eight egg yolks! We ventured to guess one goose egg was the equivalent to three brip eggs, but our hens lay small eggs, so I added one extra.
Can you guess which eggs are which?

A happy face of egg yolks :) Do goose eggs taste any different?
I didn't detect much of a taste difference, but a friend reported they made the fluffiest pancakes she's every seen!
Not sure if my last comment got through - but anyway, forgot to say that I found you on Blotanical and left you a welcome message there too, on your "plot" page.
Thanks, Sue! I will be sure to check it out.
